A loaded plane still needs you to send it. If Township dispatches it automatically when the timer expires, you lose the shipment reward, even with completed compartments. Loading and departure are separate steps.

If the plane is still at the airport

  1. Check the remaining loading time. The loading window is 15 hours.
  2. Count completed compartments, not individual filled crates. A compartment counts as complete only when every crate in it is loaded.
  3. Finish another compartment only if you can do so before departure. Otherwise, send the plane manually with the completed compartments you already have.

More completed compartments mean a better reward; you do not have to finish the whole plane before sending it. For example, with two compartments complete and little time left, dispatching protects the applicable partial reward.

If the plane has already left

First establish how it departed. An expired timer explains a missing shipment reward. If you sent it yourself before expiry and the reward still appears missing, contact support with the departure time and any screenshots showing the loaded compartments. Describe what you expected and what you actually received.

Make the next shipment easier

After dispatch, the next preparation window is five hours. Open the airport preview and queue the requested goods. When the next plane arrives, decide whether you can return before its loading deadline; if not, send it while you are still playing.
