Township combines a working farm with a town that gradually expands around it. Fields, factories, homes and community buildings give you different parts of the place to develop, while decorations let you put some personality into its layout. The appeal is watching individual additions become a busier settlement.

Match-three puzzles sit alongside town building and can provide rewards that support your progress. Regattas and other events add competitive goals if you want more structure than simply choosing the next building. Social features also connect your town with other players.

Choose it if you like maintaining several small projects within one larger place. It is a more guided progression game than an unrestricted urban-planning simulator. Township is free to play with optional purchases, including randomized items. Offline play is supported, but competitions and additional connected features need internet access.
