Uciana

Uciana is a turn-based space empire game that separates decisions about planetary development from tactical fleet battles. Explore a procedurally generated galaxy, settle useful worlds and divide your population’s effort between food, research and production. Expanding quickly gives you more resources, but also creates colonies that need protection before they can support themselves. Technology unlocks new options for development and ship design, letting you change weapons, defenses and other components rather than simply buying stronger preset units. When fleets meet, you control their actions in turn-based combat. The central trade-off is whether to improve the systems you already hold or commit resources to ships and further expansion.
