Build the economy behind a ninja army, then use its profits to strengthen your campaign across feudal Japan. Ninja Village connects settlement management with military preparation: villagers produce food and handicrafts for passing travelers, while the money funds training, equipment, and larger forces. Before challenging another army, assign fighters to roles such as infantry and cavalry and decide which improvements deserve your limited funds. Investing everything in troops can leave the village struggling to finance the next upgrade, while concentrating only on production delays your advance.
