NBA 2K27 Arcade Edition

NBA 2K27 Arcade Edition brings NBA and WNBA basketball to Apple Arcade, with a created-player career, franchise management and matches against friends. Released on November 5, 2026, this is the Apple Arcade game for iPhone and iPad, also available on Mac and Apple TV. It requires an Apple Arcade subscription and contains no ads or in-app purchases. It is separate from NBA 2K Mobile and the console and PC editions of NBA 2K27.

In MyCAREER, you choose your player’s position, physical build and playstyle, then take a rookie into an NBA team. This edition starts that player at 80 OVR and concentrates the season around 12 key matchups on the way to the playoffs. Between games, the expanded Neighborhood offers events and quests through the Center Terminal, temporary training boosts at the Gym, and appearance changes at the Barbershop and Tattoo Studio.

The WNBA joins the Arcade series with all 15 teams and 180 active players. Quick Match provides 5v5 games, while Blacktop supports 1v1, 3v3 and 5v5 street basketball. For a longer management game, The Association puts roster trades, free-agent signings, scouting and team finances in your hands. NBA Eras lets you manage teams from different periods of NBA history.

Play solo or face friends through Game Center. Supported controllers include compatible Xbox, PlayStation DualShock, DualSense and MFi models. Quick Match and Blacktop suit players who want to get straight onto the court; MyCAREER and The Association provide longer-term goals.

Before downloading: the US App Store lists a 2.9 GB download and requires iOS 17.0 or iPadOS 17.0 or later. Mac requires macOS 13.0; Apple TV requires tvOS 18.0. Store availability and subscription pricing depend on your region. The linked US listing is available; this Arcade edition has no Android release.
