Game Dev Story is a management simulation about running a game development company. Build up the business and its staff while trying to produce successful games. The studio and its workers appear in Kairosoft’s pixel-art style.

Staff can change professions, including roles such as programmer and sound engineer. Developing your own game console adds another goal to the company’s growth. This is a paid, single-player game with offline play.
