TheoTown: City Builder

TheoTown is a city-building simulation about shaping a settlement from the ground up. Lay out roads, designate areas for development and place public buildings as new districts take shape. The pixel-art view lets you follow the changing mix of homes, businesses and taller buildings.

You can expand into fresh neighbourhoods or revisit earlier parts of the city to change their layout. Planning connections between districts is part of developing the settlement over time. The game supports offline play and is free to install, with ads and in-app purchases.
