If Bloons TD 6 runs but certain online modes are unavailable, check which features fail before changing your connection settings. A restricted account and an unreachable server need different solutions.

Check the pattern, then ask support to confirm

Ninja Kiwi lists public co-op, Contested Territories, and boss and race leaderboards among the features restricted by an account flag. Editing tools, mods including speed changes, and pirated clients can trigger flags.

  1. Write down the exact message and the mode where it appears. Take a screenshot rather than relying on an icon or a remembered error.
  2. Check whether the game reports a general connection failure or whether only particular online features are blocked. Working single-player does not establish either diagnosis.
  3. If you suspect a flag, ask Ninja Kiwi to confirm your account status. If the message instead says the network is unavailable, investigate connectivity before assuming a moderation restriction.

Request a review of an incorrect flag

Ninja Kiwi recommends opening a support ticket from inside the game. Explain why you believe the flag is mistaken. Its policy allows removal for an incorrect flag; simply removing mods does not qualify.

Include your username, device and game version, the blocked modes, screenshots, and when the problem began. Describe any client changes or mods accurately. A short timeline is more useful than repeatedly reinstalling the game.

If you cannot reach in-game support, use the official request form. Keep the current account and its progress intact while asking for a review; do not move save files between accounts as a workaround.

What to do with the answer

A confirmed flag belongs in the support-review process, not network troubleshooting. If support says the account is unrestricted, return to the exact connection error and compare networks. Neither a reinstall nor a connection change is evidence that an account flag has been removed.
