Sproggiwood packs turn-based dungeon exploration into short expeditions where enemy combinations matter more than reflexes. Each move gives nearby monsters a chance to act, so stepping back, funneling a group through a narrow passage or drawing enemies onto a trap can be better than attacking. Six classes, from farmer to vampire, offer different abilities and equipment choices. Procedural layouts rearrange the threats, while loot and character development change your options during each descent. Between expeditions, you return to a persistent village rather than losing the entire campaign when an adventurer dies. Its Finnish-folklore setting also includes town decoration and a harder Savage difficulty with altered monster behavior.
