About This Game
Space Imperia 4X brings GMT Games’ Space Empires 4X board game to Android, iPhone and iPad. It is a turn-based space strategy game about expanding an economy, researching technologies and committing fleets to wars you can actually afford. Victory comes from destroying rival home worlds.
The hidden-information system makes scouting and bluffing important: opponents cannot see the composition of your fleets before contact. Mines, cloaking ships and fighters each have counters, so a large force is not automatically a safe investment. Most matches take around one to two hours.
Play locally against AI or join live and asynchronous online multiplayer, including cooperative matches against AI. The game supports cross-platform play. Single-player saves do not sync between devices, so do not assume a desktop game can simply be resumed on your phone.
