Sigma Theory puts you in charge of an intelligence agency competing to control a world-changing scientific discovery. Recruit agents, send them abroad, and use espionage, persuasion, blackmail, or diplomacy to bring scientists under your country’s influence. Turn-based decisions on the world map interact with relationships involving politicians, armed groups, and other influential figures. When an operation requires extracting a target, direct the escape through city streets and choose between discretion and confrontation. Tactical drones support your agents, but each operation can alter the political situation and endanger the people carrying out your plans.
