Nanuleu

Nanuleu is a real-time strategy and tower-defense game in which planting trees is the main way to act. Different trees collect water and minerals, extend the network, or defend it against invading enemies. Resources spent on expansion cannot simultaneously strengthen defenses, so deciding when to spread and when to protect existing territory drives each encounter. Objectives include capturing particular locations and destroying opposing forces before they overwhelm the forest. Five scenarios, called First Contact, Invasion, Exploration, Counterattack, and Remnants, provide different situations for the same interconnected system. The player directs the growing network through planting choices rather than manually steering individual combat units.
