Blast Waves

Blast Waves combines tactical decision-making with arcade shooting by advancing time only when you move. In Survival Mode, a fresh recruit fights through successive battles, collecting equipment and abilities while trying to stay alive. Survivors become permanent commanders for a separate mode focused on assembling squads and enduring increasingly difficult opposition. Destructible terrain, different environments, and varied troop types make positioning important, while weapons, armor, and gadgets support different approaches to combat. Touch controls offer joystick shooting or tap-based targeting. The result is a science-fiction roguelike that gives you room to assess danger before committing to movement.
