RECOIL SPRINGDetails
Temporarily increases Scrappy's attack speed. Activate it when the turret can keep firing at something useful, rather than while the opponent is safely out of reach. Good placement and timing matter more than pressing it as soon as it is ready.
Star Power
ENERGIZEDetails
Lets Jessie repair Scrappy by hitting the turret with her attack. Balance repairs against attacking the opponent: keeping a useful turret active is valuable, but spending all your ammunition on it can leave you with no immediate response to a push.
Gear 1
PET POWERDetails
Increases the power of eligible summoned pets. Protect and position the summon so its enhanced attacks or healing can contribute.
Gear 2
DAMAGEDetails
Increases damage while the Brawler is below half health. The extra pressure is conditional, not a reason to remain in a losing exchange.
Hypercharge
SCRAPPY 2.0Details
Upgrades the deployed turret's health and damage. A stronger turret still needs a useful firing position; extra durability cannot compensate for being unable to reach the contested area.
How to play this build
Establish Scrappy beside a contested zone where it can reach approaching enemies without forcing Jessie into the same exposed position. Recoil Spring only matters while the turret has a useful target, so wait until opponents commit to crossing its lane before activating the faster fire. Pet Power increases the value of keeping that firing position active.
Use Energize to repair a turret that is still controlling relevant ground, then return to attacking opponents. Spending every shot on repairs can leave an approaching enemy uncontested. If the battle shifts away, build another Super and change the turret position instead of defending an irrelevant spot indefinitely.
Damage adds pressure during low-health exchanges, but step back when the position is lost rather than treating the bonus as protection. Scrappy 2.0 can strengthen a deliberate retake or hold. The tradeoff is dependence on turret uptime: enemies who can remove Scrappy safely or attack from beyond its lane reduce the value of both turret upgrades.
