Overview and role
Ziri is a Strength Tank of the Way of Mystery. She draws attention, increases her defenses, reflects physical damage and temporarily leaves the front line to recover underground. Her durability is therefore tied to a cycle of presence and absence. The hero behind her must survive the period when she is not available to absorb attacks.
Burrow and return cycle
Shelter of Sands activates at low Health subject to its cooldown. Ziri avoids attacks underground and heals, then Fury of Akhreb Ummi adds control and Reflection of Pain on her return. Those events are linked but not interchangeable: burrowing is not a constant shield for the rest of the team, and returning does not mean all opponents anywhere on the field are stunned.
Partners and formation
A durable second front-line hero can cover Ziri's absence; an exposed fragile damage dealer may struggle in that position. Recovery and protection that help the remaining formation survive the burrow window are useful candidates to test. Mystery membership alone is not a synergy explanation: identify the actual ally skill that rewards it before building around the faction.
Weaknesses and damage types
Reflection of Pain concerns physical damage received; it does not stop Ziri from taking that damage or reflect every magical or pure effect. The publisher's general Damage over Time rule also excludes reflection of that damage trait. Heavy burst can defeat her before recovery, and enemies may threaten the rest of the team while she is underground. Do not infer unlimited safety from a large Armor value.
Development reasoning
Health contributes to her listed recovery amount, and Armor or Magic Defense addresses the matching incoming damage type. Consider both Ziri's survival and the survival of the ally temporarily exposed behind her. Investing only in her maximum durability may not repair a formation that collapses every time she burrows.
Artifacts
Akhreb Ummi's Sting is the Armor weapon. Defender's Covenant supplies Armor and Magic Defense, and Ring of Strength develops her main stat. Her ultimate can provide a team Armor window when the weapon activates. Its timing and evolution are separate from Focus of Hatred's personal defensive bonus and should not be combined into a permanent team-wide effect.
Skins and stat choices
The reviewed catalogue associates Devil and Spring skins with Armor, Cybernetic and Champion with Health, Romantic with Magic Defense and Default with Strength. These options address distinct threats and are not a verified current sale list. Choose a stat direction after checking whether Ziri dies before burrowing, fails to recover enough, or leaves a teammate unable to hold the front.
Talismans
The official list names Talisman of Dispassion with Strength and Talisman of Ruthlessness with Health as main stats. Talismans require hero level 120 and only one can be active. Compare the additional-slot rolls and current upgrade state as well as the main stat; a maximum-stat catalogue entry is not representative of every equipped item.
Scope and verification
The four cards below remain the base kit. Tank class effects, Realm research and Relic additions belong to separate progression records. Community maximum-skill values are labelled as such, and no full level-by-level progression or current-client test is claimed. General synergy prose that attributes attack redirection to Jorgen or stun to Mojo's Hex was not used to construct this profile.
