Nebula at a glance
Nebula is a Progress Support whose nearby attack amplification now sits alongside a rearward speed-and-protection skill. Her own Physical Attack supports both physical and magical teammates through Equilibrium. The third skill is no longer the old low-Health-target attack: the publisher describes a complete rework, which takes precedence over still-visible legacy community descriptions.
Watch recipients and timing
Check which ally receives Equilibrium when its important attack lands, and which teammates are behind Nebula during Disharmony. These are different positional conditions. In manual modes the orb can be detonated, but its energy pool is shared among enemies caught. A cast that reaches more targets may offer less energy removal per individual target.
Eva and other supported attackers
The publisher specifically recommends trying the updated Nebula with Eva. More generally, a nearby attacker whose skills scale with Physical or Magic Attack can be tested for Equilibrium benefit. Team composition determines automatic formation, so do not assume you can drag any preferred carry beside her. Inspect the actual formation and movement before calling a pairing successful.
Protection is conditional
Disharmony protects Nebula and allies behind her during a short window; it is not a permanent whole-team answer to poison or burn. Serenity also has its own recipients and cleanse limitations. If a frontline hero dies to Damage over Time, adding more Nebula attack does not fix a positional coverage gap. Separate missed timing, uncovered targets and non-removable effects.
Build the support stat, then solve survival
Physical Attack scales the reported healing and both Equilibrium attack bonuses, even when Nebula is supporting a mage. That makes Magic Attack an easy stat to overvalue if you look only at the recipient's damage type. Survival can still be the limiting factor. Compare whether she lives to deliver useful buffs before concentrating exclusively on a larger amplification number.
Artifacts and mixed damage teams
Unborn Stars grants team Physical Attack. Book of Illusions gives personal Dodge and Health, and Ring of Agility develops her primary stat. A magical recipient can benefit from Equilibrium without directly using the weapon's Physical Attack bonus in the same way. Distinguish the shared artifact window from her individually targeted support action when assessing investment.
Glyphs and skins
The documented glyphs are Health, Physical Attack, Agility, Armor and Magic Defense. Romantic and Winter provide Physical Attack, Celestial provides Armor and Spring provides Dodge. The attack choices support her scaling; defensive choices can keep those support actions available. Skin bonuses do not require the matching appearance to be worn, and catalogue entries do not certify present-day availability.
Talismans and recipient needs
Consistency has Agility as its listed main stat, while Stars has Armor. Community slot descriptions add Physical Attack to the former and Dodge to the latter. Compare the complete item rather than its theme: an offensive recipient can still need a more durable Nebula. Hero level 120 is the talisman requirement, not the level of Equilibrium.
Rework and Relic boundaries
The publisher changes the first projectile speed, Serenity's opening and cooldown, and the third skill's entire purpose. Old Disharmony damage and its old cooldown are intentionally excluded. Support-class defense reduction and any Relic changes remain separate. The rework article gives August 31 without a year, so this profile makes no unsupported claim that the update launched in 2026.
