Mushy & Shroom

Tank

Overview

Description

Mushy & Shroom at a glance

Mushy & Shroom is a Nature Tank whose offensive setup depends on healing wounded summons. An inactive copy is not yet another full attacker, and a spore must reach full Health before rushing its target. Their damage can grow as recovery and active copies reinforce one another, but that process requires enough time and protection to develop.

Measure activation, not just summon count
Track the time until the first copy awakens and how many spores actually reach enemies. If summons are repeatedly damaged before reaching full Health, adding more copies may not solve the problem. Rotting Seeds also rewards healing between casts, so compare the sequence of recovery and attacks instead of judging the team only by its final damage or healing total.

Healing support with a purpose
The publisher names Alvanor as a useful partner and describes a core with Mojo, with Aurora as a possible frontline protector. These examples connect recovery, reduced incoming basic-attack pressure and time for summons to activate. A healer is valuable when it advances that sequence, not simply because it shares Nature. Check whether a replacement actually accelerates successful activations.

What prevents the army from growing
Early pressure can keep wounded summons below their activation threshold or remove the original hero before the setup pays off. Healing restrictions and repeated area damage deserve separate checks. The silence clouds are useful only after spores activate and reach suitable targets. Do not assume a long fight automatically favors the mushroom team if the recovery loop never becomes established.

Health and Magic Attack have different jobs
Health affects summon starting conditions and several printed damage terms; Magic Attack contributes to damage and passive recovery. More Health can improve durability while also changing the amount of healing needed to fill an inactive summon. Test activation speed as well as raw survivability. A larger stat sheet is not proof that the same healing support will create an earlier army.

Artifacts and the opening
Wand of Growth grants team Armor, Tome of Arcane Knowledge develops personal Magic Attack and Health, and Ring of Intelligence supports the primary attribute. The weapon addresses a physical-pressure window, while the book contributes to the growth-and-damage engine. Decide which part of the opening fails before following a universal order. The weapon activation is not a permanent Armor aura.

Glyphs, skins and catalogue age
The documented glyphs are Armor, Health, Magic Attack, Magic Defense and Intelligence. Catalogue examples include Angel for Health, Lunar for Magic Attack and Tribal for Magic Penetration. The publisher has more recent Crimson Grove material than this community catalogue, so the list is deliberately non-exhaustive. Evaluate the actual stat and variant rather than assuming a newer skin is automatically the best purchase.

Talismans: resilience versus magical critical support
The official reference lists Mycelium with Intelligence and Fungi with Magical Critical Hit Chance. Community slot entries pair Mycelium with Armor and Fungi with Toughness. The choice changes both damage potential and resilience, so compare it in the intended lineup and matchup. Neither a crit-focused main stat nor a defensive slot guarantees faster summon activation on its own.

The new Relic is a separate layer
The publisher's current news listing dates a Mushy & Shroom Relic announcement to October 30, 2026 and a joint crash course to November 3. These do not authorize importing unspecified upgrades into Perfect Copy or Wild Growth. Record actual Relic and Tank-class settings before testing. A community claim that active copies survive the original hero remains separately unverified here, rather than borrowed from Dominion Ascension.

Skill 1

Perfect Copy

White · Ultimate: heal-to-activate Shroom copy

Creates an inactive, wounded Shroom using the hero's battle-start stats. It can take damage and receive healing. The first time it reaches full Health it awakens and can attack and use learned skills, but cannot replenish energy. Healing the copy is therefore part of the offensive setup, not just recovery after a mistake.

Numbers and timing
The Alliance community card gives a limit of five Shrooms and capped starting Health of 0.45 × H + 36,000. The listed animation is 1.2 seconds. H here denotes the battle-start Health used by the summon, not a later temporary increase.

Limits and verification
Do not import Dominion's three-copy cap or Ascension rules. Whether active copies persist after the original hero dies is claimed by a newer community guide but not independently established here; it remains a test question rather than a certified base behavior.

Numerical scope: A means this hero’s Magic Attack, P means Physical Attack and H means Health, except where a recipient or battle-start snapshot is explicitly identified. The formulas are reviewed community maximum-skill expressions, not certified current-client values or equations for every level. This white skill caps at 120; skill level, hero level and promotion rank are distinct. Timers are baseline reports, not guaranteed schedules under control or speed changes. Skill 2

Branching Mycelium

Green · Automatic: wounded spores and silencing explosions

Three spore mushrooms begin inactive and can be damaged or healed. Once fully healed, each runs toward an enemy and explodes, leaving a silencing cloud. Targets not already affected by spores are preferred, making the spread of active mushrooms more informative than the raw summon count.

Numbers and timing
Maximum spore Health is 30% of the hero's battle-start Health; starting Health is reported as 10%. Silence lasts four seconds. The capped explosion expression is 0.10 × H + 0.25 × A + 8,400. Listed timers are three seconds initially and 12 seconds between casts, with a 0.88-second animation.

Limits and verification
The source does not establish exact cloud radius or immunity interactions. Maximum Health, initial Health and explosion damage are different quantities. Healing a spore is not an immediate explosion if it has not yet reached full Health.

Numerical scope: A means this hero’s Magic Attack, P means Physical Attack and H means Health, except where a recipient or battle-start snapshot is explicitly identified. Skill 3

Rotting Seeds

Blue · Automatic: healing-fed nearest-target damage

Attacks the nearest opponent and adds damage based on allied healing accumulated since the previous use. Recovery therefore supports both survival and this damage event. A larger final healing total alone does not tell you how much was counted in a particular Rotting Seeds window.

Numbers and timing
The maximum-skill community expression is 0.40 × A + 6,000 + 0.10 × H, plus 60% of qualifying allied healing since the preceding activation. The baseline cooldown is ten seconds and animation 1.5 seconds.

Limits and verification
The exact treatment of overhealing, simultaneous heals and which summons count in the accumulator is not independently verified. Do not assume every green number on screen contributes, or reuse the same accumulated healing for multiple casts without evidence.

Skill 4

Wild Growth

Violet · Passive: recovery for inactive summons

Inactive Shrooms and spores recover Health without an outside healer. More active Shrooms strengthen this recovery, creating a gradual feedback loop: successful activations help later summons awaken. External healing still matters because passive recovery can be too slow against incoming damage.

Numbers and timing
The capped community recovery expression is 0.01 × H + 0.04 × A + 1,200 per second for inactive Shrooms. The description says the effect stacks with each active Shroom.

Limits and verification
The table also lists a 13-second cooldown and 0.88-second animation without explaining how these relate to the passive per-second effect. They are not accepted as a cast schedule. No precise stack multiplier or separate spore coefficient is independently verified.

Numerical scope: A means this hero’s Magic Attack, P means Physical Attack and H means Health, except where a recipient or battle-start snapshot is explicitly identified. The formulas are reviewed community maximum-skill expressions, not certified current-client values or equations for every level. This violet skill caps at 80; skill level, hero level and promotion rank are distinct. Timers are baseline reports, not guaranteed schedules under control or speed changes.
