Lilith at a glance
Lilith is a Strength-based Chaos Mage whose offense grows around Health and self-sacrifice. Her ultimate raises current and maximum Health, while Sacrifice converts Health spent before skills into temporary Magic Attack. She attacks the enemy center and nearby opponents, so positioning and the number of enemies actually reached matter. Her Mage class does not imply that Intelligence is her main stat.
Read Health as both reserve and fuel
Distinguish Health gained from Underworld Seal, Health lost to Sacrifice and Health restored by allies. A larger bar is both a survival reserve and an input to her sacrifice-based attack gain. If she drops below the sacrifice condition, the expected temporary Magic Attack gain is no longer assured. Judge whether recovery sustains the cycle rather than treating every friendly Health loss as enemy damage.
Partners and interactions
Aidan and other recovery supports are worth testing around her friendly-Health-loss loop. Dorian is a positional option where his Vampirism reaches her, while Xe’Sha is a familiar Chaos partner to investigate. Their usefulness depends on the mechanics and positioning of the whole team. Adding Chaos allies increases the contribution described by Underworld Seal, but matching faction alone does not replace sufficient healing.
Limits of central pressure
Lilith’s area effects can miss value when the enemy formation or movement keeps important opponents outside the center. Interruptions and early back-line access can prevent the Health-growth cycle. Her damage being magic does not guarantee it defeats strong magic defenses. Sacrifice’s low-Health condition stops her own expenditure; it does not stop enemy attacks from finishing her.
Investment reasoning
Health is unusually relevant because Sacrifice derives its Magic Attack gain from Health spent. Magic Attack and Magic Penetration improve different parts of damage delivery, and defensive stats can preserve the time needed to grow. Compare her opening survival with her later damage instead of assuming one stat is always superior. The live Health and attack snapshot rules are not established by a static maximum-build page.
Artifacts
Devil’s Contract supplies team Magic Penetration. Manuscript of the Void develops her own Magic Penetration and Magic Attack, while Ring of Strength supports her main attribute. The ring’s Health contribution fits the sacrifice loop, but that does not automatically make it the best first purchase. The weapon’s temporary team window and personal equipped stats should be evaluated separately.
Glyphs and skins
Her reviewed glyphs are Health, Armor, Strength, Magic Penetration and Magic Attack. Skin examples include Devil for Magic Penetration, Winter and Lunar+ for Health, Predator for Magic Attack and Stellar for Armor. Health-oriented skins can affect both survival and the sacrifice input. They are not promises of currently available offers, and changing the visible outfit does not remove other owned skin bonuses.
Talismans
The publisher lists Flame with Strength and Hatred with Health. The reviewed additional-slot stats are Armor for Flame and Magic Attack for Hatred. This is a meaningful physical-survival versus sacrifice/offense comparison, not merely a contest between item names. Compare actual rolls and the opponent’s damage, and remember that talismans require hero level 120 rather than level 120 in every base skill.
Progression and attribution
Mage class Energy can alter when Lilith casts and therefore when she pays Sacrifice’s Health cost. A change in rotation is not necessarily a change to Underworld Seal itself. Record class and any Relic settings when comparing builds, and keep Realm skills separate from these four base skills. Class progression is not another base healing or sacrifice skill.
