Lara Croft at a glance
Lara Croft is a Progress Marksman with physical damage, critical-hit enhancement, a central explosion and supporting healing. Her double-shot basic attack and artifact-discovery mechanic give her an identity beyond a single burst. This profile concerns Alliance: Dominion Era descriptions with Ascension upgrades, a fifth expedition skill or different stun durations must not be imported into these four cards.
Read damage and discoveries separately
Track whether Lara stays active long enough to discover artifact effects, then whether later ultimates occur while the team can exploit them. A large late damage total does not show how safe the opening was. The sources disagree about Lost Knowledge’s trigger, so this profile does not promise a new discovery on every ultimate or build a precise Energy rotation from that assumption.
Partners and interactions
Physical Attack support can affect both Lara’s damage and the healing expression of Power of the Tombs. Protection is also valuable because it gives the discovery mechanic more time. Julius and Sebastian are community suggestions to test around a Progress or critical-hit core, not a guaranteed best team. Verify the particular partner’s base skills and Relic state before assuming a cleanse or other extra protection is present.
Weaknesses and opportunity cost
Critical damage still depends on successfully landing suitable hits. Control, early back-line pressure and physical mitigation can interrupt the plan before artifact variety matters. Her healing belongs to an offensive ultimate and does not by itself establish that a dedicated healer can be removed. Historical crossover availability is not a reason to promise that a new player can summon or finish her today.
Investment reasoning
Physical Attack feeds the reviewed damage, healing, critical-chance increase and Lost Knowledge gain. Armor Penetration addresses mitigation rather than increasing the printed attack expression, while Health and defenses address early removal. Compare how many useful actions she completes before deciding which stat to develop. A powerful hypothetical late-battle build is irrelevant if the tested team loses its opening exchange.
Artifacts
Lara’s Jade Necklace provides the normal Physical Attack weapon bonus. Warrior’s Code develops Critical Hit Chance and Physical Attack; Ring of Agility develops her main stat. Lost Knowledge can add different non-repeating artifact effects, so record both weapon level and discoveries when comparing runs. The artifact is not the same progression system as a Legendary Relic merely because the ultimate’s story calls its object a relic.
Glyphs and skins
The reviewed glyph set is Armor Penetration, Critical Hit Chance, Health, Physical Attack and Agility. Alliance skin examples include Diving for Critical Hit Chance, Doppelganger for Physical Attack, Antarctica for Health and Angel of Darkness for Armor Penetration. Cross-edition skin stats differ, so use an Alliance catalogue. These examples document bonuses, not a current offer or spending recommendation.
Talisman of Adventure
The publisher lists Adventure with Agility; the Alliance community catalogue adds Armor Penetration slots. This combination links primary-stat growth with a direct route through physical mitigation. Compare the actual slot rolls and the opponent’s Armor rather than assuming the talisman fixes every missed or weak attack. The equipment requirement is hero level 120, independent of the blue or violet skill caps.
Extra progression and edition boundaries
Marksman class damage is additional to Lara’s four base cards and can affect low-Health targets. Keep it separate from the two basic shots, the explosive arrow and the temporary artifact effects in a battle analysis. This Alliance profile adds no Dominion Era Ascension or Expedition Expert card. Compare Alliance-only progression when evaluating the damage of an extra attack or the timing of a stun.
