Overview and role
Keira is an Eternity Marksman whose basic-attack ricochets and travelling blades spread physical pressure through a formation. Her extra basic-attack damage has an Armor Penetration condition, so the relevant target defenses matter as much as a headline attack number. She is an offensive centerpiece that needs enough time to convert spread damage into defeats. A large damage total can still be a poor result if it leaves several enemies alive and able to recover or use ultimates.
Reading the battle cycle
Watch the front target and the ricochets separately, then check what happens on the blades' return path. The return carries the silence condition, so outward damage alone is not evidence that the intended disruption occurred. During Enraged Soul, ask whether Keira is actually attacking or is disabled. For Piercing Pain, compare penetration with the target's effective Armor in the relevant moment; a permanent build screenshot may not show the temporary defensive buffs active in combat.
Partners and interactions
Jet is a possible critical-support partner, but that route introduces its own risk against retaliation. A protective support or a source of recovery can instead address whether Keira survives her attack window. Dorian is only relevant if the actual formation keeps her within his aura's reach; sharing a team is not sufficient. Eternity interactions are another avenue to test, not an automatic requirement. Keep the lineup's job clear rather than adding support names without checking their targets and timing.
Weaknesses and exceptions
The publisher identifies Corvus as a concern for frequent or widespread damage dealers such as Keira, because his altar retaliates when allies take damage. Her area effects can reach Octavia without directly selecting her, according to the combat FAQ, but that does not negate the rest of a dodge team's protections. Silence is not a complete shutdown of every passive or basic attack. Against a single boss, the opportunity provided by spreading attacks is different from the opportunity in a five-hero fight.
Development decisions
Armor Penetration deserves analysis because it both addresses Armor and participates in Piercing Pain's condition. Once a relevant target is already fully penetrated, additional penetration is not automatically the best marginal gain; other opponents or temporary Armor buffs may change the answer. Physical Attack increases the reported hit expressions, while survival investment can preserve a speed window. Avoid spending only to increase a static Power total. The useful comparison is whether the same defense is defeated more consistently.
Artifacts
Octaviana's Blades supplies a Physical Attack weapon buff; Alchemist's Folio adds Armor Penetration and Physical Attack; Ring of Agility gives Agility. The book supports both regular physical damage and the stat comparison used by Piercing Pain. The weapon creates a temporary team damage opportunity around the ultimate, not a permanent improvement to every basic attack. Match artifact development to a clear fight objective rather than a universal book-ring-weapon ranking.
Glyphs and skins
Her documented glyphs are Armor Penetration, Health, Agility, Physical Attack and Armor. Winter is a penetration skin, Romantic+ and Blooming are Physical Attack options, Devil offers Magic Defense and Spring Armor. These are catalogue examples, not verified purchase availability. For a fragile attacker, decide whether the next change creates a new damage opportunity or merely makes a missed opportunity look larger on the tooltip. Skin+ must be distinguished from its unenhanced version.
Talismans
The publisher lists Loyalty with Agility and Valor with Health, usable at hero level 120. Compare the full equipped versions and secondary rolls against the intended opponent. An offensive improvement may be wasted if Keira dies before Enraged Soul or the return of Blade Whirlwind; a survival improvement may be unnecessary if the fight is already won earlier. Neither talisman grants the Dominion Era Ascension resurrection sometimes mixed into Alliance-labelled guides.
Class progression, Relics and Realm
The Marksman class has a separate low-target-Health damage trigger; it is not part of Dancing Blades' ricochet fraction or Piercing Pain's Armor condition. Keep those sources distinct when explaining improved damage after class development. No Keira-specific Relic text was verified here. Ascension-based resurrection, Pets and other Dominion Era additions are excluded, and any Realm troop abilities require their own section outside the four hero-combat cards.
