If Foundry Battle will not let you enter, check alliance eligibility first, then your troops. Joining the alliance too late is a different problem from having a gathering march still outside your city.
1. Check registration before spending on healing
Century Games says members who join after the registration phase cannot participate in that event. Your alliance being registered does not make a later arrival eligible. Check when you joined, and ask an alliance officer to confirm your place on the event roster.
If you arrived after registration ended, recalling troops cannot fix that eligibility problem. Coordinate with your alliance for a later event instead of spending speedups to test entry.
2. Clear the troop conditions
- Open the Infirmary and check for wounded troops. Complete their healing.
- Check every march for troops gathering, garrisoning or attacking. Recall troops where possible and let active marches finish returning.
- Check the Infirmary and march list again, then retry the battlefield entry. Starting a recall is not the same as having those troops back.
3. Leave Enlistment Office troops alone
Troops in the Enlistment Office do not prevent Foundry participation. Do not dismiss them just to try to open the battlefield. Check the Infirmary separately; the two buildings do not have the same entry rule.
If entry is still blocked
Read the exact entry message and compare it with your event status. Send your officers, or support if needed, screenshots of that message, your registration or roster status, the Infirmary and the march list. Include the event time and whether you joined the alliance before registration ended.
