How to read this timeline
The opening date is day 0. Date-only estimates start at 00:00 UTC; a known opening time uses complete 24-hour days. Your local time zone does not change the calculation.
“Expected now” means your state has reached a reported age, not that the feature is unlocked. Check the requirements on each card and your in-game schedule.
Where sources disagree, the card explains the difference rather than promising an exact date.
