Hay Day: Manage Full Booster Storage Without Diamond Fees

When a new Booster triggers the full-storage prompt, swap or discard instead of paying Diamonds. You can store three Boosters for free; pending Boosters are a short decision queue, not unlimited extra storage.

Decide what deserves a slot

• Keep a new Booster by swapping it with a stored one. Swapping costs no Diamonds.
• Discard the incoming Booster if your stored choices are more useful.
• Leave it pending only if you need time to decide. Three pending Boosters fill that queue; further incoming cards for it are discarded.

Do not buy a slot expecting a permanent upgrade

Diamond-paid storage is temporary: the extra space disappears when its Booster is used or discarded. Paying solves that card’s storage problem; it does not permanently expand your free allowance.

Use a Booster for a real task

Open the Booster icon near Friends, select a card and activate it in a free active slot when it helps your current work. Two Boosters of the same type cannot be active together.

Purchased Booster Packs are an exception: their cards go straight into storage even when it is full.
