Hay Day Town Visitor Still Waiting? Finish Every Requested Stop

Serving one building does not always finish a Town visitor’s visit. Each visitor requests one to three Service Buildings; their final reward comes after you serve them at every required building.

Finish the visit

1. Tap the visitor to check their required destinations. You can also manage visitors and their requests through the Town Hall.
2. Send the visitor to a requested building. Once they enter, tap the building and then the visitor to view the order.
3. Prepare every requested product or crop before serving. You cannot hand over the items separately. Drag one requested item to the visitor to serve the whole order.
4. Check the visitor’s remaining destinations and serve them at each required building. After all required stops are served, they reward you with Tools, Upgrade Materials or Expansion Materials, then return to the Train Station.

Missing a requested product?

A visitor can request products from a Production Building as soon as it becomes available at your Farm Level—even if you have not built it. If you cannot fill an order, the request’s Ask for help button is an alternative to supplying it yourself.
