Wavecade

Control the pace of an arcade shooter through the position of your ship. In Wavecade, moving up or down changes the speed of play, letting you trade a more manageable field of hazards for a faster, riskier flow of targets. Blocks descend in different formations, and lining up shots must be balanced against collecting power-ups and avoiding collisions. Taking another copy of a power-up strengthens it and extends its duration, while special abilities offer a way out of dangerous situations. Successive waves gradually increase the pressure before boss encounters test your movement. The mobile game is free with advertising and optional purchases of its Brilliants currency.
