About This Game
The Captain is a story-driven sci-fi adventure about finding a way home before Earth is destroyed. As stranded science officer Thomas Welmu, you choose your route through the galaxy, investigate unfamiliar planets and decide which people to help when time and resources are limited.
Its retro pixel-art presentation accompanies exploration, puzzles, dialogue choices, ship upgrades and space encounters that can be fought or avoided. Decisions can change who joins your journey and who gets left behind, making the trade-off between a faster return and a worthwhile detour central to the adventure.
Available on Android as The Captain and on iPhone and iPad as The Captain - Pocket Edition. Both US storefronts list a $6.99 purchase; local prices may vary. The iOS edition requires iOS or iPadOS 15.6 or later and lists English language support. Google Play reports 1,000+ downloads.
