State of Survival: Zombie War

State of Survival makes the zombie apocalypse a settlement-management problem as much as a combat one. You gather materials, improve buildings and train troops to keep a shelter growing. Research and equipment provide further ways to prepare your forces for the next confrontation.

Heroes sit alongside the larger army, giving you named characters to recruit and develop. The surrounding world also brings other players into the picture. Joining an alliance adds shared defence, coordinated attacks and larger cross-server conflicts to what begins as your own rebuilding project.

There are additional events and survival modes, so the game moves between its persistent base and shorter activities. Collectible decorations and skins offer another direction for players who like personalising their settlement. The main attraction is having an ongoing project with a group, rather than completing a self-contained zombie story. In-app purchases include random items; keep that in mind when deciding how seriously to chase upgrades or competitive goals.
