Flip-a-Tyrant!

Flip-a-Tyrant! is a fast, satirical arcade game from Antisthenes LLC. Tap fictional cartoon dictators away before they reach the stage, then deal with increasingly crowded waves and their troublesome entourages. The characters are invented archetypes rather than depictions of real people.

The first campaign goal is level 30, with continued survival beyond that point. Three difficulty settings and an optional level-10 start let players adjust the challenge. Power-ups include a field-clearing wave, slowing snow, shields and resurrection.

The game is free to download and has no ads. Optional purchases buy consumable Game Tokens for power-ups; tokens can also be earned through play. Important: tokens and power-ups stay on the device where they were obtained. They do not transfer between devices, and deleting the app removes them. Purchased consumable packs cannot be restored.

The iPhone and iPad version launched on October 28, 2026 and requires iOS or iPadOS 16 or later. An Android version is also available through Google Play. Availability can vary by country; the initial iOS launch covered the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
