Afterimage

Explore an interconnected world as Renee, changing your route when new abilities open passages that were previously out of reach. Afterimage combines side-scrolling combat with equipment and talent choices: six main weapon classes have distinct skills, while armour, accessories, and secondary weapons let you adjust a build around the fights ahead. Returning to an earlier area can reveal shortcuts or optional encounters rather than simply repeating the same journey. Side quests add reasons to explore beyond the main search for Renee’s missing mentor, and boss battles test the movement and attacks you have assembled. Different actions can lead to different endings.
