Kaze

In her Geisha aspect, dashes a short distance and strikes the nearest target. Connecting at the marked Strike Spot deals increased damage and moves that spot to another angle. Position around the indicator instead of assuming every direction gives the enhanced hit.

Throws knives in succession, dealing more damage to nearby targets. Use Ninja aspect's ranged attack with appropriate spacing, rather than expecting the Geisha aspect's short dash and Strike Spot mechanic.

In her Geisha aspect, creates a fan storm that damages enemies touching it and prevents opponents inside from seeing beyond the area. Place it to disrupt a relevant fight, without assuming the vision restriction also stops enemies from attacking.

Dashes a long distance and marks enemies along the path; those marks explode after a delay. Aim through a useful target line and consider the endpoint, rather than committing only for the eventual mark damage.

Switches Kaze to Ninja Aspect with a temporary speed boost, or back to Geisha Aspect with healing. Choose the form change for the next engagement as well as its immediate benefit.

Switches Kaze to Ninja Aspect with brief invisibility, or back to Geisha Aspect with a forward dash. Track the destination and the attacks available after switching.

In Geisha Aspect, hitting an enemy in the Strike Spot slows them. In Ninja Aspect, when a marked enemy is defeated, an explosion damages nearby enemies.

In Geisha Aspect, enemies caught in Fan Storm when it first appears lose some ammo. In Ninja Aspect, Kaze’s Gadget effects last longer.

Changes with Kaze's aspect. In Geisha form, the center of Fan Storm deals damage over time. In Ninja form, her Super dash is faster and its marks trigger immediately when their damage can defeat the target. These are two form-dependent effects of the same Hypercharge unlock.

Kaze can switch between Geisha and Ninja Aspects using her Gadget. The change alters her attack, Super and the effects of her equipped upgrades.

Increases damage while the Brawler is below half health. The extra pressure is conditional, not a reason to remain in a losing exchange.

Reduces the wait between Gadget uses. Choose it when repeated access to the selected Gadget meaningfully supports the fight.

Improves health recovery. Leave enough room for natural recovery to begin instead of expecting the Gear to erase damage during continued attacks.

Adds a consumable shield that recovers while the Brawler is at full health. Preserve recovery time between fights to restore the extra protection.

Increases movement speed in bushes. Its value depends on having useful bush routes rather than simply equipping it on an open map.

Briefly reveals hidden opponents after you damage them. It helps track targets entering bushes, but does not reveal invisibility granted by abilities.
