Delivers a short-range sequence of punches. Stay close enough for the sequence to keep connecting, and avoid spending the entire attack while the opponent is already moving out of reach.
Super1 options
Artwork unavailableFLYING ELBOW DROPDetails
Leaps to a chosen location, damaging and displacing enemies on landing while destroying cover. Use the landing to create a close-range fight, but account for the enemies who can attack El Primo immediately afterward.
Gadgets2 options
SUPLEX SUPPLEMENTDetails
El Primo dashes, grabs the first Brawler hit and throws them behind him. Its Gadget Buffie adds area damage where the target lands. Aim with the landing position in mind, especially when teammates are about to use their own attacks.
ASTEROID BELTDetails
Temporarily destroys incoming projectiles. Its Gadget Buffie also charges El Primo's Super from projectiles destroyed. This is a projectile-defense tool, not the old meteor strike. Time it around incoming fire and do not treat it as blanket damage immunity.
Star Powers2 options
EL FUEGODetails
Enemies hit by El Primo's Super take burning damage over time. Its Star Buffie lets punches extend a burning enemy's burn duration. Decide whether staying in punching range is safe; extra burn is not worth abandoning an important defensive position.
METEOR RUSHDetails
Gives El Primo a temporary movement-speed boost after using his Super. Its Star Buffie adds damage reduction during that boost. Use the window to stay with a target or reposition, while remembering that neither effect is permanent.
Hypercharge1 options
GRAVITY LEAPDetails
Changes the landing interaction so enemies are pulled toward the center of El Primo's leap. This can bring targets into punching range, but landing among several opponents still requires support or a safe follow-up.
Traits1 options
The options below may not be a complete list.
Artwork unavailableDamageDetails
Taking damage contributes to Super charge. The extra charge does not make absorbing unnecessary attacks a safe plan.
Gears6 options
DAMAGEDetails
Increases damage while the Brawler is below half health. The extra pressure is conditional, not a reason to remain in a losing exchange.
GADGET COOLDOWNDetails
Reduces the wait between Gadget uses. Choose it when repeated access to the selected Gadget meaningfully supports the fight.
HEALTHDetails
Improves health recovery. Leave enough room for natural recovery to begin instead of expecting the Gear to erase damage during continued attacks.
SHIELDDetails
Adds a consumable shield that recovers while the Brawler is at full health. Preserve recovery time between fights to restore the extra protection.
SPEEDDetails
Increases movement speed in bushes. Its value depends on having useful bush routes rather than simply equipping it on an open map.
VISIONDetails
Briefly reveals hidden opponents after you damage them. It helps track targets entering bushes, but does not reveal invisibility granted by abilities.

El Primo is a close-range tank who uses punches, a leaping Super and displacement to force an engagement. His current Gadgets offer different ways to approach a fight: Suplex Supplement dashes into a grab, while Asteroid Belt destroys incoming projectiles for a short window.
How to play: Use cover to approach without taking unnecessary damage. Before committing your Super, decide what you will do after landing: pressure a target, protect a teammate, or take space around the objective. Keep enough ammunition to make the arrival threatening.
Strengths: Starting a close fight and moving an opponent out of a useful position. El Fuego adds damage over time after the Super connects, while Meteor Rush helps El Primo reposition after using it. Suplex can interrupt an enemy's plan, but its landing direction matters to both teams.
Limitations: Enemies who maintain distance can make the approach costly. Landing alone among several opponents can waste a strong engage, and projectile defense is not the same as protection from every kind of damage.
Practical tips: Check who is in the Suplex dash path and where the grabbed target will land. Avoid throwing an enemy toward a vulnerable teammate or away from your team's follow-up. Time Asteroid Belt for incoming fire rather than activating it long before contact. With Meteor Rush, use the speed to keep a useful position instead of chasing beyond your team's support.
