Royal Match Super Light Ball Reset? What to Check

Losing a level resets an active Super Light Ball. If it disappeared after a freeze or unexpected app closure instead, record what happened before treating it as an ordinary loss: the missing ball alone does not explain the cause.

When a reset is normal

Super Light Ball becomes available at level 292. Beat 10 levels or rounds to activate it; it doubles the Light Ball effect and remains active until you fail a level. After a failure, you need to beat 10 levels or rounds again to reactivate it.

If you saw the level end in failure, rebuilding the counter is the normal route back. Check the feature’s progress display as you play rather than assuming a long previous streak protects the ball from a reset.

It vanished after a crash or without a known failure

1. Before playing further, screenshot the Super Light Ball counter and note the level or round you were on.
2. Write down the sequence: were you on the home screen, in an unfinished level, or looking at a completed-level screen when the app closed? Include the approximate time and time zone.
3. If the game closed unexpectedly, open the app store you installed Royal Match from, search for the game and install an available update. Dream Games specifically recommends checking for updates when investigating crashes.
