Balatro Deck Still Locked After a Win? Check Whether the Run Was Seeded

A seeded win does not unlock decks. If you entered a shared seed to reproduce a run, complete the deck’s unlock requirement in an unseeded run instead.

Check the run and the requirement

1. Open the locked deck and read its requirement before starting another attempt. Note the required condition rather than assuming every deck unlocks from any win.
2. Start a normal run without entering a seed. Choose the deck and stake needed for the displayed requirement.
3. Complete the required win, then check the deck selection again. In a traditional run, Ante 8 ends with the final special Boss Blind; winning an earlier round is not the same milestone.

Already met the requirement in an unseeded run?

Check that the locked deck’s displayed requirement matches the deck and stake you used. If it does and the unlock is still missing, report the issue to support with screenshots of the win and locked requirement, plus your game version and device. Keep your existing profile; do not delete its data to troubleshoot the unlock.
