The Past Within

The Past Within is a cooperative puzzle adventure in which one player explores the past and the other the future. Each sees a different side of the story surrounding Albert Vanderboom, so describing your surroundings is part of solving the puzzles. The environments combine two-dimensional and three-dimensional perspectives.

Both players need their own paid copy, a separate device and a way to communicate. Cross-platform play lets partners use different supported systems. You can replay from the other perspective, and a replay option changes the puzzle solutions for another attempt.
