Summoners War

Summoners War is about making a collection work as a team. Monsters have different attributes and skills, and rune sets give you another layer of control over how they perform. Finding an effective combination is a bigger part of the routine than simply choosing whichever creature looks most impressive.

Turn-based battles give you room to think through abilities and targets. Boss encounters test your preparation, cooperative raids provide a reason to build with other players in mind, and guild activities add shared goals. Competitive modes take those decisions into fights against other teams, including real-time battles with a pick-and-ban phase.

It is a long-term collecting and optimisation game, so repeated battles and gradual upgrades are part of its identity. Players who enjoy comparing builds and adjusting a lineup have plenty to work on. If you prefer a short story with a definite finish, it may be a less comfortable fit.
