About This Game
Lichess brings real-time and correspondence chess together with tools for studying the game. Play other people, enter arena tournaments or face online bots, then analyse positions using Stockfish. Collaborative studies and a board editor help you examine ideas beyond an individual match.
Puzzles can be solved online or offline, and Puzzle Storm adds a timed training option. The app also includes an over-the-board clock and broadcasts for following other games. Lichess is free and open source, supported by volunteers and donations.
