Candy Crush Saga starts with matching candies, then builds its puzzles around what each board asks you to clear. Jelly, chocolate and other obstacles give the same basic swap a different purpose from one level to the next. Creating special candies and combining their effects is often more useful than taking the first match you see.

The level sequence gives you an immediate next goal, while boosters offer additional ways to deal with a difficult board. It is an approachable choice when you want a puzzle with a clear objective rather than a game that needs a long explanation before you can begin.

Expect repeated attempts and gradual progress through a large collection of levels. Offline support is available for the core puzzles. The Android version contains advertisements and offers optional in-app purchases.
